Whether you’re looking to have a healthy snack option or a sweet ending after a meal, these ragi laddoos are a great way to include more millets in your diet.

2 cups ragi flour ½ cup ghee ½ cup raisins ½ cup seedless dates 2 tablespoons jaggery powder 2 teaspoons cardamom powder ½ teaspoon nutmeg powder

Add the ghee to a pan and once it melts, toast the ragi flour in it until it develops a nutty aroma.

Grind the raisins, dates, jaggery and spice powders into a fine texture.

Turn off the heat on the roasted flour and add the ground mixture to it.

Drizzle a tablespoon of ghee and allow it to cool slightly before you shape it into even-sized balls.

Cool and store in an air-tight container for up to two weeks.
