Step 1
Roast Besan on medium flame, add melted ghee and give it a good stir (in one direction only
Step 2
Add sugar as per your sweetness level and let it boil. As it boils, it will thicken and that’s when you know it's ready!
Step 3
Add more ghee and cut it when it is hot.
Cool it completely and an authentic Mysore Pak is ready to enjoy.
