If you are always looking for non-vegetarian dishes to try and are a big fan of meat. Try this mutton cutlet, which is easy to make at home and is paradise for Mutton lovers. Try this snack at home to impress everyone!
1 pound minced mutton 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1-inch ginger 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 1 egg Oil for frying
Combine minced mutton, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well. Keep breadcrumbs and beaten egg on the side.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cutlets. Before frying, dip them in an egg wash.
Fry the cutlets and serve.
