Made with the goodness of curd, jaggery and chia seeds, this muskmelon smoothie recipe is perfect to add to your weight-loss diet.
1 cup low fat yogurt 1/2 cup muskmelon (sliced) 1/2 cup orange juice 1 pinch cardamom powder Ice cubes
In a blender add sliced muskmelon, orange juice, curd, and a pinch of cardamom powder.
Blend well until smooth.
Then pour it into a glass and add ice cubes. Enjoy!
