Mushroom Uttapam Recipe: For A Nutritious Breakfast

Ingredients

2 cup rice 1 cup urad dal 1/2 cup chana dal Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1/2 cup boiled corn 1/2 cup sliced mushroom 1/2 cup chopped spinach Oil 

Step 1

First, soak rice and dals separately for at least 6 to 7 hours.

Step 2

When soaked, mix them together and add salt as well as pepper. Grind them to form a smooth batter.

Step 3

Heat a tawa and prepare it. Add oil and pour the uttapam mixture in a circular motion.

Step 4

Place mushrooms and corn on the uttappam and sprinkle some oil on it.

Step 5

Cook from both sides until it turns brown and crispy.

Step 6

Serve hot with your favourite chutney and enjoy!
