Bhel puri is a quick and low-calorie snack that is perfect to curb untimely hunger pangs. Here is an easy recipe to make this healthy snack at home.
1 cup puffed rice 1 onion ½ cucumber ½ tsp chaat masala 1 lemon ½ tsp black pepper 1-2 tbsp coriander chutney Coriander leaves Pomegranate 1 tomato
Take a large bowl, and add puffed rice, chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber.
Now add roasted cumin powder, green chili, chaat masala powder, black pepper powder, and salt to the bowl.
Next, add coriander chutney to the bowl and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and pomegranate. Enjoy.
