Munch On Vegetable Malai Sandwich During Snack Time

Have you ever made a malai veg sandwich? It is a desi recipe that will leave you asking for more once you try it. Not only is the sandwich delicious but also healthy. 

Ingredients

1 chopped cucumber 1 chopped onion 1 chopped tomato 2-3 tbsp malai ½ cup boiled corn Salt to taste 1 tbsp coriander leaves ¼ tsp black pepper 1 chopped green chilli 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 6-8 slices of bread 10 grams of melted butter

Step 1

Take a bowl and toss all the chopped vegetables and boiled corn into it.

Step 2

Add malai, salt, pepper, and other spices to the mix and combine the ingredients.

Step 3

Spread this delicious mixture on slices of bread.

Step 4

Heat the toaster or grill pan and grease it with butter.

Step 5

Cook sandwiches until the bread slices are slightly brown and crispy.

Step 6

Enjoy sandwiches with green chutney or ketchup.
