Start your day with this nutritious multigrain cheela packed with fiber and protein. Made with a blend of wholesome flavours and veggies, it's a tasty and healthy.
1/2 cup multigrain flour 2 tbsp semolina 1/4 cup finely chopped vegetables (such as onions, bell peppers, carrots, spinach) 1 copped green chilli 1/2 tsp grated ginger 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp cumin powder Salt to taste Water, as needed Cooking oil
In a bowl, combine the multigrain flour, semolina (if using), chopped vegetables, green chilies and grated ginger.
Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well. Gradually add water to the mixture.
Stir the batter well . Now Heat a pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the center of the pan.
Spread it in a circular motion. Allow it to cook for a couple of minutes until the bottom turns golden brown.
Add sugar, cardamom powder, pista & almonds (if using). Take it off the stove and serve it once it has a thick coating consistency
