Also known as liquorice or sweet root, mulethi is rich in nutrients like vitamins, potassium and antioxidants that help in building immunity.
A piece of mulethi root, 1 tbsp sliced ginger, 2 tbsp of tea leaves, 1 cup of milk, honey as required
Take water in a vessel and put it to a boil. Then, add mulethi root and ginger.
Add tea leaves and lower the flame. To it add milk and honey.
Let it boil for two minutes. Strain and serve the tea.
