Mughlai Keema Paratha is a stuffed flatbread filled with spiced minced meat. It is perfect for a heavy breakfast or a special dinner. Meat and paratha together is a winning combination. So here is how to make Mughlai keema paratha at home:
2 cups wheat flour Water as needed 2 tsp oil 200 g keema 1 onion 2 green chillies 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp coriander leaves Salt to taste Ghee
Mix flour, water, oil and salt to make a smooth dough. Rest for 20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions, green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste.
Add keema, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala. Cook until keema is tender and dry, then add coriander leaves.
Divide the dough into balls. Roll each ball into a small circle, place a spoonful of keema filling in the centre, and seal the edges.
Roll the filled dough gently and cook on a hot tawa with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
Enjoy with yoghurt or chutney!
