Mousse to Aam Ras: Make These 10-Minutes Summer Special Mango Dishes

Summer is here and so are the mangoes. No meal is complete without having mangoes. Try out these 10 minutes mango recipes for this summer.

Mango Mousse

Try out this mango mousse this summer. Blend 1 cup mangoes and 1/2 cup sugar. Beat one cup of cream using an electric beater until soft peaks arrives. Gently fold the puree into it. Pour t into serving glass, top with some mango chunks.

Mango Sorbet

In a food processor, add 4 cups of mango chunks followed by 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1/4 cup maple syrup. Freeze the mixture and enjoy every scoop.

Aam Ras

Blend 2 cups of ripe mangoes, along with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp of cardamom powder. Refrigerate the puree and enjoy with paratha or poori.

Mango Ice Cream

Cook 2 cups of mango puree with 1/2 cup powdered sugar for 3-5 minutes. Mix it with 2 cups of fresh cream. Freeze it. Enjoy in a cup or a cone.

Mango Bread Pudding

In a dessert jar, add a layer of 2 tbsp mango puree, followed by 4 tbsp bread chunks, 1 tsp nuts and 1 tsp cherries. Repeat it twice. Top it with mango chunks. Freeze and serve cold.

Mango Chia Pudding

Soak 2 tbsp chia seeds in almond milk. In a serving jar, add a layer of soaked chi along with 1/2 cup mango puree and nuts. Refrigerate and serve.

Mango Shake

lend 1 cup mango with 1.5 cups of milk followed by 1/2 tsp cardamom powder, 4 tbsp sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence. Serve in a glass with mango chuncks.
