Mouni Roy’s Vegetable Cheela Recipe

Here are easy steps to make Brahmastra’s actress Mouny Roy favourite vegetable cheela for breakfast. 

Ingredients

1 cup gram flr, 2 tbsp rice flr, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 pinch turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 4 tbsp fresh coriander, 2 green chillies (finely chopped), 3/4 tsp ginger (grated), 1/2 cup mixed vegetables (finely chopped), 1/4 tsp hing, salt to taste, 3 tbsp oil 1 cup water 

Step 1

Add both the flour in water and keep aside for fifteen minutes, then add the finely chopped vegetables in the batter and mix well.

Step 2

Heat oil in a nonstick pan and pour a ladle full of batter on the tawa and gently spread it thinly.

Step 3

Cook on medium until the top looks dry. 

Step 4

Then flip it over and cook from the other side too. 

Step 5

Then remove from the tawa and serve hot with mint chutney or dip of your choice.
