Moringa Chutney Podi: A Healthy Side Dish For Your Meals

Made with drumstick leaves, lentils and peanuts, this healthy dish is best paired with steamed rice and ghee. Here is an easy recipe to make moringa chutney podi at home.

Ingredients

2 cups drumstick leaves ¼ cup peanuts 1 tbsp channa dal 1 tbsp urad dal ½ cup dry coconut 7 dry red chilies 1 tsp oil salt to taste

Step 1

Firstly, wash and sundry drumstick leaves and keep it aside. Now heat a pan and dry roast all the ingredients.

Step 2

Allow all the ingredients to cool down completely. Transfer it into a mixer jar and salt to taste.

Ground them into a coarse powder, let it cool and then store them into an airtight container.
