1 cup green gram flour 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste 2 cloves garlic Oil for deep frying
Combine green gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and garlic to make a smooth batter.
Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
Serve hot with tamarind chutney or mint chutney.
