Since winter has already bid farewell, you will soon start noticing radishes disappearing from the farmer’s market. Apart from pickling them or eating them as a part of salad, you can make mooli paratha which is considered good for the digestive system.
2 cups grated radish 1 cup atta Water as needed Salt to taste ¼ tsp cumin powder 2 tbsp coriander ½ tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp pepper
Sprinkle salt over wheat flour and knead it into a soft dough.
Grated radishes, sprinkle salt on them, and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Drain the excess water and toss the radish with spices and coriander.
Roll a small dough ball, add the radish mixture in the centre, and seal the edges.
Roll the dough into a paratha and roast it on a hot griddle.
Once the paratha is crispy, serve it with raita or chutney.
