Dahi ke Kebab, a popular North Indian appetiser, is loved for its creamy texture and rich flavours. This snack is perfect for any occasion.
1 cup hung curd (yoghurt) 1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese) 1 finely chopped onion 1 tsp chopped green chilies 1 tsp ginger paste 1/2 tsp garam masala 1/4 cup breadcrumbs Salt to taste Oil for shallow frying
In a bowl, mix hung curd, grated paneer, chopped onion, green chilies, ginger paste, garam masala, and salt.
Add breadcrumbs to the mixture and combine well. Shape the mixture into small kebabs.
Heat a little oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with mint chutney.
