Monsoon Special: Make Lonavala Style Corn Bhaji At Home

Ingredients

2 corn cobs or frozen corn 1/2 cup corn flour 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp besan Half ginger Handful of coriander leaves 1/2 tsp oil Salt to taste

Step 1

Remove corn kernels from the cob and add them to a bowl. You can also use frozen corn.

Step 2

Add besan and corn flour to the corn. Mix it well.

Step 3

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger, handful of coriander leaves and oil. Sprinkle little water and mix well. 

Step 4

After everything is mixed, heat oil in a pan and start adding small portions of the batter.

Step 5

Fry until golden brown and serve with 'garama garam' chai. Enjoy!
