Monsoon Special: Homemade Quick And Easy Mysore Bonda

The rainy season is the ideal time to indulge in Mysore Bonda, a traditional South Indian snack that is both crispy and savoury. 

Ingredient 

1/2 cup yoghurt 2 green chilies chopped 1 inch ginger chopped Handful coriander chopped   5-6 curry leaves chopped Salt to taste  

Step 1 

Mix all ingredients and add 1 cup Maida and 4 tbsp corn flour or rice flour 

Step 2 

Mix again and add ½ cup water to adjust . 

Step 3 

Finally add ½ baking powder and let it rest for at least 20 mins. 

Step 4 

Heat oil, Deep fry and serve with nariyal chutney.
