This handmade chai masala is the perfect complement to your cup of monsoon tea. It's a mix of spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger that gives your tea a cosy and soothing flavour. Perfect for rainy days!
2 tbsp Fennel seeds 1Tbsp Dried ginger powder 1 Cinnamon stick 1 Nutmeg small size 3-5 Cloves 8-10 Black pepper 10-12 Green Cardamom pods
Roast everything in a dry skillet over a medium temperature for one minute.
Place it on a plate and set it aside to cool.
When the mixture has cooled, add the powdered dry ginger, and blend everything together until it becomes a homogeneous powder.
Keep the chai ka masala in a container that is airtight.
