With the heavy downpour outside, it is the appropriate time to treat your closed one with delicious chicken cultlet made in Bengali-style. This cutlet can be easily made at home with minimal ingredients. Follow us to know the recipe:
400 gms chicken 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp green chilli paste 2-3 tbsp lemon juice 1 onion 2 green chillies 2 handful coriander leaves ½ tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander powder 1 ½ cup bread crumbs 2 tbsp cornflour Salt and pepper as needed Oil for deep frying
First and foremost, wash and clean the chicken.
Take a pressure cooker and add the chicken pieces followed by water and salt. Cook for 2 whistles and open the lid.
Wash and chop the veggies and herbs and keep it aside.
In the grinder, grind the chicken pieces along with the veggies.
Add the spices, herbs to the grinded chicken and make in the shape of cutlets
Make cornflour slurry and dip the cultlets on it. Next cover them with bread crumbs.
In a pan add oil and deep fry the cutlets. Serve it with kasundi.
