Before bidding your farewell to the monsoon that brings freshness and relief from summer, try the baby corn roast recipe for your munchies to enjoy your evenings.
1 cup baby corn 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala Salt to taste Chopped cilantro
Heat butter and add red chilli powder, cumin powder, and garam masala until fragrant.
Add the baby corn to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt to taste and garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
