Embrace the rainy season with a soothing ginger turmeric latte that will boost your immune system and provide a comforting and nutritious experience.
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 1 tsp grated fresh ginger 1/2 tsp ground turmeric 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tbsp honey 1/2 tsp coconut oil Pinch of black pepper Pinch of ground cardamom
In a pan , heat the milk over medium heat, add the grated ginger, ground turmeric and ground cinnamon.
Add black pepper. Whisk the mixture well to combine all the ingredients.
Now Remove the pan from heat and strain the latte, Pour the ginger turmeric latte into a mug.
Give the latte a final stir and enjoy its warm and soothing flavours.
