Monsoon is a harbinger of rains but along with that come diseases. Right now, many people are suffering from pink eye or conjunctivitis. Here are 7 foods to avoid if you have eye flu.

Spicy Food

Spicy foods might cause discomfort and inflammation if they come into contact with irritated eyes.

Salty Foods

Excessive salt intake might contribute to dehydration, which can affect eye comfort. 

Allergens

Certain foods could potentially exacerbate your pink eye issue.. It includes common allergens like dairy, wheat, soy, and nut.

Be cautious with condiments like hot sauces, chutney, achaar, mustard, or vinegar, which could accidentally irritate the eyes
