What would be a better dessert to snuggle with on a cold winter weekend than a warm, gooey centre of chocolate that oozes out when you slice the cake? Here’s a quick recipe you can try.
1/2 cup butter 2 tablespoons maida 1 cup chocolate 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt
Melt the chocolate of your preference in a double boiler or in a microwave.
Whisk eggs, egg yolks, sugar, and salt till well combined. Fold in melted chocolate.
Preheat the oven and butter the cupcake moulds. Add the batter to the prepared moulds.
Bake for about ten minutes till the edges are set but the centre is jiggly. Let them cool.
Once cool, invert the cupcakes to a plate, dust them with powdered sugar, and serve.
