Bursting with mint, lime, soda and ice, this classic cocktail rustled up with rum is the life of every party.
1 cup mint leaves (fresh, stems removed) 4 limes (sliced into wedges) 1 cup rum 1/2 cup simple syrup 4 cups ice 6 cups club soda
Take a large glass, add limes, mint, and rum. You can add all of them in a pitcher too
Muddle until the limes are crushed and mint leaves wilted.
Now add ice to the glass or the pitcher, then add the muddled mint and lime to the glass/pitcher. Add the soda along with simple syrup. Mix with large spoon and serve.
