The mojitarita cocktail is a cross between the mojito and the margarita. It blends mint and lime with silver tequila and the taste is incredibly refreshing.
1 cup fresh mint leaves, 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, 2 tbsp granulated sugar, 8 ounces silver tequila, sparkling water, 1 lime (sliced into thin wheels)
Chop the mint leaves and put into a 24-ounce cocktail shaker with lime juice, sugar, and tequila. Add crushed ice and shake well.
Strain over ice into lowball glasses and top off with soda water. Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices. Enjoy.
