These vegetable dim sums are healthy and flavorful, and perfect for a light meal or as a snack. Here's the easiest way to make them.
For the filling: 1 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, bean sprouts, etc.) 1 tbsp ginger, grated 1 tbsp garlic, minced 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil Salt and pepper to taste For the dough: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup water
Take a bowl, combine all-purpose flour and water to make a smooth and soft dough. Cover it with a damp cloth.
Now mix the chopped vegetables, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Roll the dough into small balls and flatten them into small rounds. Add 1-2 teaspoons of the vegetable filling in the centre.
Bring the edges of the dough together to the center and pinch them to seal the filling inside.
Repeat the same process with the remaining dough and filling. Now Steam the dim sums in a steamer.
Wait for 8-10 minutes until they cook well and turn translucent.Serve hot with soy sauce and chili sauce.
