This smoothie is a gluten-free indulgence that will leave you feeling refreshed.
1 cup papaya ½ cup apple 1 banana 4 dates 2 cups coconut water 2 spoons soaked sabja seeds For Garnish: Fresh papaya, cut Pomegranate seeds Sabja seeds
Take the papaya, apple, banana, dates, and soaked sabja seeds and place them in a blender.
Add coconut water to the blender, along with the dates and sabja seeds. Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth puree.
Adjust the consistency by adding more coconut water if needed. Blend again to ensure a well-mixed smoothie.
Strain the smoothie into individual glasses. Garnish each glass with fresh papaya cuts, pomegranate seeds, and sabja seeds.
