Missi Roti For Breakfast: Easy And Quick Recipe

Ingredients

2 cup wheat flour 1 cup gram flour 1 tsp red chilli 1/4 tsp powdered turmeric 5 tsp oil 1 tsp garam masala 2 tsp cumin powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 cup curd 1 onion chopped 3 green chilies (chopped) Handful of chopped coriander 2 cups water Salt to taste

Step 1

Take wheat flour, gram flour, 2 tsp oil, salt and red chili powder. Start kneading the dough.

Step 2

Add chopped green chilies, cumin powder, garam masala, turmeric and all the spices, in the dough.

Step 3

Add 1 tsp curd to the dough to make the rotis soft.

Step 4

When done, heat a tawa and take a small portion of dough to make roti.

Step 5

Roll the missi roti dough and cook it evenly on the tawa. 

Step 6

When done, serve with 'aam ka aachar' or 'raita'.
