Mira Kapoor Shares Easy Recipe For Clear Soup; Try It

When you are hungry a couple of hours before dinner and do not want to ruin your appetite, the best idea is to consume soup. Mira Kapoor shared the recipe for clear soup on her Instagram stories and gave her fans a glimpse into snacking.

Ingredients

1 cup water 1 cup chopped vegetables 1 cup broth Salt to taste A drizzle of sesame oil 2 tsp coriander leaves 1 tbsp green onions

Step 1

Heat water in a pan and add vegetables to it. Allow them to simmer and turn the water colourful.

Step 2

Once the broth is ready and the vegetables are 80% done, check the consistency.

Step 3

Add more water to make the soup more runny, if needed.

Step 4

Add a pinch of salt and close the lid. Let the ingredients cook together.

Step 5

Take the soup out in a bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves and spring onion greens.

Step 6

Add a drizzle of sesame oil on the top for a burst of flavour.
