As the summer season is here, people have started including cooling dishes in their meals. From now on, you must include ingredients in your diet that promise hydration. Mint is one of them, and it can be combined with curd to prepare a lip-smacking side dish.
½ cup mint leaves 1 cup curd ¼ tsp roasted cumin powder 2-4 tbsp water Salt as needed ½ tsp chaat masala ¼ tsp red chilli powder
Take fresh curd in a bowl and whisk it a little bit with water and salt.
Add mint leaves to a grinder and make a coarse paste.
Pour the paste into the curd.
Sprinkle cumin powder and red chilli powder on the top.
Whisk the ingredients.
Sprinkle chaat masala over mint raita before serving.
