Mint And Gur Sharbat For A Refreshing Spin In Summers

The refreshing flavour of mint leaves and the sweetness of gur makes this drink a hit for summer season.

Ingredients

1/2 tsp Jaggery 4-5 Mint Leaves A pinch of pink salt and jeera powder 1 cup Cold water

Step 1

In a glass add jeera powder.

Step 2

Take some mint leaves and grind them for its juice. Add the mint juice with a few leaves in the glass.

Step 3

Then add one tablespoon of gur (jaggery) water in the glass with a hint of pink salt.

Step 4

Add crushed ice, and chilled water. Mix and enjoy chilled!
