A Mimosa Smoothie combines the delicious flavour creamy vanilla yogurt. Here is the recipe.
1 cup orange juice, 1 cup diced pineapple, 1 banana, sliced and frozen, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup reduced fat coconut milk, 2 cups chilled champagne
Add orange juice, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, Greek yogurt and coconut milk to a blender. Pulse until smooth.
Add in champagne, and stir briefly until evenly combined.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh pineapple slices if desired.
