If you are shifting towards a millet-forward diet, replacing the atta roti with millet roti can be the best step. Here’s an easy recipe for bajra roti you can try to make your meals nutritious and gluten-free.
1 cup bajra flour 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste
Mix bajra flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead a dough.
Once smooth, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest.
Heat a tawa. Take small portions of the dough, roll it into roti and cook on both sides.
Once golden brown on both sides, serve hot.
