If you are health-conscious, chugging down a whole pizza might be difficult. Cravings can happen to anyone any time, and craving pizza is no sin. Still, if you want to enjoy a full pizza, why not make it with millet for a guilt-free dinner?
For the crust: 1 cup millet flour 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt For the toppings: Your favourite pizza sauce Your choice of toppings
Combine millet flour, water, olive oil, and salt. Mix until a dough forms and roll it out as a pizza base.
Spread your favourite pizza sauce on the crust. Add your desired toppings.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
