Do you shy away from indulging in pizza because of the maida base? Now you won’t have to because you can transform it into a healthy meal by using millet grains. This way, you can have your favourite dish every day without worrying about bloating or gluten allergy.
1 cup bajra/ ragi flour 2 tbsp pizza sauce ¼ cup diced onion ¼ cup diced capsicum ¼ cup boiled corn 1 cup mozzarella cheese 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp chilli flakes Water as needed A pinch of salt
Sprinkle salt over millet flour and knead a soft dough.
Roll pizza bases and cook them in the microwave or on a tawa.
Once the crust is 50% cooked, spread the sauce, and lay the toppings.
Top the pizza with cheese and bake it until the cheese melts.
You can also bake the pizza on a tawa. Make sure to splash some water and cover the base.
Enjoy hot millet pizza with seasoning and chilli flakes on the top.
