Millet pasta is a delicious and nutritious alternative to traditional maida pasta. You can pick your favourite millet flour, make gluten-free pasta, and cook it with pasta sauce and your favourite veggies.

Ingredients

1 cup millet flour 1/4 cup warm water 1 egg 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper Pasta sauce as required Chopped veggies

Step 1

Whisk millet flour, salt, and pepper. Add a mixture of warm water, egg, and olive oil.

Step 2

Knead till you get a smooth dough. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Step 3

Roll the dough into thin sheets and cut into desired shapes like penne, spaghetti, lasagna, etc.

Step 4

Boil some water with salt. Add the pasta and cook till soft.

Step 5

Toss the cooked pasta in a rich sauce and chopped veggies.
