Pancakes are the perfect breakfast option for people with a sweet tooth. If you are looking for a healthier or gluten-free alternative, here’s how you can make millet pancakes at home.
1 cup millet flour 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whisk together the millet flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix milk, water, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Heat a pan, grease it, pour a spoonful of batter, and cook on both sides.
Transfer the pancake to a plate, garnish with mapple syrup and fruits and serve.
