1 cup little millet 1/2 cup peanuts 3 dry red chillies 1 tsp jeera powder 2 green chillies 1 tsp ginger 3 tbsp curd Water as required Salt to taste 3 tbsp fresh coriander 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped capsicum

Heat a pan and add little millet. Add peanuts, dry red chillies and roast everything together for 10 minutes.

Then, cool down the mixture and blend it into fine powder. Transfer the powder to a bowl.

Add chopped onion, capsicum, green chillies, ginger and fresh coriander.

Now, add roasted jeera powder, curd and salt to taste. Mix everything together. Add water if required.

Keep it aside for 30 mins. Add hot oil and mix again. Now, take a small portion of the batter and fry it in medium-hot oil.

Fry until brown and crisp. Serve with a chutney of your choice.
