Ingredients

1 cup mixed millet flour 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon hing

Step 1

Knead dough by mixing millet flour, salt, cumin seeds, hing, and water.

Step 2

Once smooth, let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.

Heat some oil. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into thin ropes.
