Made with millet, almonds, dark chocolate and dried fruits, this healthy snack is perfect untimely hunger pangs.
1 1/2-ounces puffed millet 1 1/2-ounces almonds 1 tablespoon hazelnuts 1 tablespoon pumpkin seed, unsalted 1 tablespoon rice malt 1 ½ ounces dark chocolate 1 ½ ounces mixed dried fruits 4 tablespoons coconut oil
In a large bowl combine all the chopped dried fruits with the millet. Add the chocolate, malt, and oil. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a square or rectangular cake tin lined with parchment paper. Flatten the mixture and bake at 300°F for about 20 minutes.
Remove it from the oven and let it cool a little. Then cut the mixture into 10, rectangular bars with a knife. Let it cool completely. Enjoy.
