Millet cookies are the perfect way to enjoy the crunchy treats without having to worry about gluten. Here’s an easy no-maida millet cookie recipe that you can make for a satisfying texture, guilt-free.
1 cup millet flour 1/2 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup oil Pinch of salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Whisk millet flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, salt, and vanilla extract.
Stir in oil and maple syrup until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Take small portions of the dough and line them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes till golden brown.
Let them cool and then serve your millet cookies.
