Are you craving a satisfying crunch but want to avoid unhealthy fats? Instead of munching store-bought chips, you can make healthy millet chips with ragi flour at home and enjoy them as an evening snack.
1 cup ragi flour 1.5 tablespoons ghee 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons Italian herbs 1 teaspoon chilli flakes Water, as required
Mix ragi flour, ghee, salt, Italian herbs, and chilli flakes to make a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into two halves. Lightly flour the surface and roll each half into thin sheets.
Cut the sheets into your preferred chip shapes. Bake or fry the chips as you choose.
Let the chips cook down, and then sprinkle with chilli flakes, chaat masala, etc.
Serve and store the rest in an air-tight container.
