4 Whole Wheat Tortillas ½ Cup mashed Boiled Black Beans or Refried Beans Tandoori Gobhi florets 3 Jalapeno Peppers (cut into rounds) 1 small Onion (cut into round julians) 2 tbsp chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves 2 chopped Spring Onions 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning 1/4 cup Salsa Red Chili Flakes to taste 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano 3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese Butter for brushing Salt to taste
Take a bowl, add hung curd, oil, tandoori masala, ginger and garlic paste, roasted Bengal gram flour, salt and lime juice. Mix well. Now add cauliflower florets.
Preheat oven at 400 degrees F. On a grill rack place the cauliflower florets and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until they get cooked, and the edges start to become browned.
Take a pan add mashed beans, taco seasoning, salt and 2 tbsp water. Turn on the flame and mix it well. Stir it for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.
