Mexican Mule Cocktail To Beat The Monday Blues

A tequila-based spin on the classic Moscow Mule cocktail, this Mexican Mule is crisp, packs a punch and full of flavour.

INGREDIENTS

60 ml tequila 1 tablespoon lime juice 120 ml ginger beer Lime slice, for garnish

METHOD

Pour the tequila and lime juice into a copper mug and stir well, to combine.

METHOD

Add lots of crushed ice on top and pour the ginger beer in.

METHOD

Garnish with a slice of lime and serve immediately. Stir well before drinking.
