4 cups milk ¼ tsp nutmeg ½ tsp vanilla extract 2 cinnamon sticks 2 ounces tequila ¼ tsp red chili powder Mexican chocolate
In a pan, heat milk and vanilla. When the milk starts to rise, reduce to low heat.
Add in nutmeg, cinnamon, chili powder, and chocolate. Stir constantly.
Cook until the chocolate blends completely. Do not let the milk come to a full boil.
Taste, and adjust the flavour. Add the milk to the cups and add in tequila.
Top with marshmallows or whipped cream and serve!
