A Mexican twist on the all-time favorite bar classic - the Bloody Mary, this spicy cocktail is potent with tequila and perfect to bring in the weekend.
60 ml Blanco tequila 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 dashes Tabasco sauce 120 ml tomato juice 3 pinches black pepper powder 1 pinch pink salt Juice of 1 lemon Lime wedge, for garnish
Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake thoroughly.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Add a stalk of celery and a wedge of lime for garnish and drink cold.
