Ingredients

500g mutton mince 2 onions, finely chopped 1 tbsp raw papaya paste 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 3-4 green chillies, finely chopped 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp garam masala powder ¼ tsp nutmeg powder ¼ tsp kebab chini powder Salt, to taste Ghee, to baste

Step 1

Remove excess water from the mutton mince and onions then transfer into a bowl.

Step 2

Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Cover the kebab mix and marinate for 2 hours.

Step 3

Divide the kebab mix into equal-sized sections and flatten on a greased skewer like you would a seekh kebab.

Step 4

Now, use washed threads to secure the kebab mix while also making indentations. Chill the skewers for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Heat a grill or oven and place the skewers. Baste with ghee occasionally and cook until the Dhaga Kebabs are ready.
