Soya Chilli Manchurian is the right mix of textures and tastes. Made of crispy soya nuggets tossed in a rich, spicy Manchurian sauce this vegetarian treat will treat you to the right flavours that are indo-Chinese favourite.

Gather 1 cup of soya chunks, ¼ cup each of bell peppers and onions (diced), ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, and chili sauce.
Marinate soya chunks with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of cornflour, then shallow fry until golden brown.
In a pan, sauté ginger-garlic paste, add diced vegetables, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Toss the fried soya chunks into the sauce mixture, ensuring they are well-coated. Cook for a few minutes until the flavours meld.
Garnish with spring onions and serve this Soya Chilli Manchurian hot, relishing the enticing blend of textures and zesty flavours.
