Matar Paneer Soup: A Nutritious Twist For Long Weekend Binge

Skip the usual sabzi and indulge in a comforting bowl of Matar Paneer Soup this long weekend. This hearty, flavourful soup is perfect for a cosy binge-watching session. 

Ingredients

1 Cup (145g) Green Peas 100g Paneer 1 Tsp Oil 2 Cloves Garlic 1 Small Onion 1 Bunch Coriander Salt To taste 1 Tsp Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp Turmeric 50ml Slim Milk 

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Add paneer, chilli powder, salt, and turmeric; stir-fry until golden. 

Step 2

Stir in green peas and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in water and simmer for 10 minutes. Bring to a boil, add coriander, and cook for 2 more minutes. 

Step 3

Let cool, blend the mixture, and return it to the pan. Add slim milk, bring to a boil, and serve hot!
